Felted Bouquets

I found these felted bouquets on Etsy. The bouquets above are created by a Russian Artist Tatiana. I love the diversity of her felted flowers. She also creates some amazing shrugs.

There are tons of felted bouquets on Etsy. Many with buttons and brooches.

Beach Wedding Inspiration | Alchemy Events

I recently had the pleasure of joining Vanessa from Alchemy Fine Events on location for a photo shoot she was doing. I assisted in the creation of a few things for the shoot including name place tags and weathered wood menu boards.

I had such a wonderful time setting up the pieces on the beach. Shooting on location is not without it's challenges of heat, sand, wind and finding level ground. But we weathered the challenges, enjoyed the beautiful view and made a wonderful day of it.

The shoot was featured in Rivieria Magazine and you can read more about Vanessa's expertise here on her blog.

If you are interested in seeing more images feel free to take a look at my Flickr set here.

Alice and Wonderland Birthday Party Invitations

I am having so much fun planning my daughter's Alice and Wonderland Themed Birthday Party. I made these invitations at home. I have an account with Wastenotpaper.com and I am hoping to do more birthday and wedding invitations. I use to do these years and years ago when I had my sign shop. Nowdays it is so much easier to do and there are so many wonderful products that are wonderful to work with.

If you an upcoming event and need a mailer, annoucement or invitation, keep me in mind. I just love working with paper.

Victorian Top Hats

Well I am loving just looking at wedding sites lately. I came across this gorgeous retro hatmaker on Etsy, Topsy Turvy Design.
These designs are so fun. I think they are great since we are now in the month of Love. Check out her store and the Be mine hat. Topsy Turvy also makes great retro veils too.

Brooch Bouquets

I came across these great photos in one of my favorite friend's giac1061 on Flickr photostream. She archives a lot of great party ideas she comes across. I love the idea of using old brooches as a flower bouquet. I think this would look cool in a vase too.
